Smoked Salmon and Pesto Pizza

Serves 4


  • 1 large pre-cooked pizza crust
  • 1 cup basil pesto
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 8 ounces smoked salmon, sliced
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup capers


Preheat oven to 375°F.
Top crust with pesto, then cream cheese, salmon, pine nuts, capers and onion.
Bake until cheese is bubbly and brown, about 15 minutes.
