Sausage-Stuffed Mushrooms

Yields 16 mushrooms


  • 1/2 lb. Our Own Italian Sausage, bulk
  • 1 box Boursin Cheese  (or your favorite cream cheese)
  • 16 large cremini mushrooms, stems removed
  • Italian parsley, to garnish


Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix raw sausage with cheese.
Stuff each mushroom with about 2 teaspoons of mixture. Place on a baking sheet and cook for about 20 minutes or until filling is cooked and lightly browned.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
