Keto-Friendly Fried Cauliflower Bread

Yields 10 breads


  • 14 ounces riced cauliflower
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs, whisked
  • Oil for frying


Mix first five ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined. Add eggs.

Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat and spoon 1/3 cup of the mixture into pan and flatten with spatula. Cook on both sides until golden brown. Repeat until ‘batter’ is used.

Use cooked “bread” for hot ham and cheese sandwiches, homemade crackers or pizza crust.
