Pistachio-Crusted Goat Cheese Log

1 8-oz. log


  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts
  • 1 8-oz. goat cheese log
  • Honey for drizzling


Chop pistachio nuts in a food processor. Place in a pie plate or shallow, wide bowl.

Unwrap goat cheese log and roll in nuts, coating all sides.  Place on serving platter.

Drizzle with honey and serve with crackers.
