Build an Antipasto Platter



    Tom Loverich, Deli Manager at Town & Country Market on Bainbridge Island, walks us through the easy process of creating a party-worthy antipasto platter, using ingredients from our Olive & Antipasto Bars. He chooses two types of olives (a dry cured olive and a bright green tangy olive), a large white bean in vinaigrette, marinated mushrooms, sweet and spicy peppedew peppers, marinated mozzarella and tomatoes, aged Provolone and a dry Italian salami. Easy!
