It’s a smooth, nicely-rounded, easy-breezy Medium Roast, with notes of caramel, dried citrus and molasses. Specially selected by our own market’s staff, a group of tasters who clearly appreciate the good things in life. Batch-roasted so it’s super fresh, and sustainably and ethically sourced, it’s a cup full of all kinds of goodness. **Ballard Red Letter Blend** Like the big red letters on the sign outside our market, this blend is our market’s own signature—selected by our staff as the Ballard house blend. It’s a dark roast with notes of deep, rich dark chocolate and sweet caramel you won’t find anywhere else. **Lakemont Mountain Blend** Like our local Cougar Mountain, this coffee Lakemont’s own. A silky-smooth medium roast with tangerine and chocolate notes juicing up the flavor profile, it was specially selected by our own market’s staff, and you’ll only find it here. It’s bagged at the peak of freshness, so you can enjoy every cup at the height of its flavor. **Mill Creek Neighborhood Blend** Hand selected by our own coffee-loving staff to represent our little corner of Seattle, this 100% certified organic blend is medium roast, Mill Creek style. Its sweet and smoky flavor profile, sparked with bourbon, vanilla, creamy milk chocolate and red stone fruit notes is low-key great, and unlike anything else around—kind of like Mill Creek itself. **Poulsbo Farmhouse Blend** This special blend is coffee T&C Poulsbo style. It’s a silky-smooth medium roast with hints of milk chocolate and sweet cherry (reminiscent of the cherry red tractor in front of our store.) Specially selected by our own market’s staff, you won’t find anything quite like it anywhere else. **Shoreline Interurban Blend** Like our part oceanside/part lakeside neighborhood, this medium roast is enjoyable in more ways than one.
