- 2 Our Own Crabcakes, pan fried until crispy and cooked through
- 2 poached eggs, dried on paper towel
- 1 cup warm prepared hollandaise sauce
- ½ tablespoon chopped chives

Our Own Crabcakes are legendary and can make a brunch (or lunch or dinner or a late-night snack) extra special. Here, we use them to add some extra decadence to these benedicts!
Preparation
STEP 1
Divide English muffin between two plates. Top each with a cooked crabcake and a poached egg.
STEP 2
Place half of hollandaise over each muffin.
STEP 3
Garnish each with chopped chives and a pinch of paprika. Serve immediately.
