- 3 tablespoons oil for frying
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- Juice and zest of one orange
- 1 1/2 pounds broccoli florets
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Heat the oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until golden brown.
Add orange juice, broccoli and pepper flakes and stir-fry until broccoli is done to your liking (about 2 minutes for tender crisp).
Season to taste with soy sauce and garnish with the orange zest.
