Whiskey Bacon Sliders

Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns, split in half
  • 1/2 cup special sauce or 1000 Island Dressing
  • 1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 6 slices Whiskey BellaVitano or cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350˚F.

Lightly toast buns and spread both sides with special sauce.

In a 13” x 9” pan, place bottom half of slider buns and top with roast beef, cheese, crispy bacon then top half of bun.

Place sliders in oven for 10-15 minutes until warmed through and cheese melts.
