- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 English cucumber, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
Combine all ingredients. Serve as a condiment for gyros or as a dip with crusty French bread.
