- Serves 4-6 as appetizer
- 1 lb. medium prawns, peeled and deveined
- 3/4 cup Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce
- 3/4 cup orange marmalade
- Shredded coconut, as garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix chili sauce with orange marmalade. Toss prawns in the mixture.
Bake 5-8 minutes.
Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
