- 1 (about 1 pound) pork tenderloin sliced into 1/4-inch medallions
- 1 cup of your favorite teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup pineapple salsa
- 12 slider buns, split in half
Place pork medallions in teriyaki sauce and refrigerate 30-60 minutes. Heat a large skillet to medium-high and simmer medallions in marinade until internal temperature reaches 145°F, or remove from marinade and grill until cooked through.
Serve on toasted slider buns, topped with pineapple salsa.
