Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 pound chicken breast or thighs, skinless, bone-in

Directions

Mix together all ingredients except chicken.
Add chicken and marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
Grill or bake in 350°F oven for about 30 minutes.
