Swiss-Style Bircher-Muesli with Fresh Berries

  • 1 1/2 cups Swiss-style muesli (Bulk Foods)
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk, plus extra for serving
  • 2-3 teaspoons sugar (to taste, optional)
  • 1 cup fresh berries (if strawberries, sliced)


Combine milk and muesli in a bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight.
Divide into individual bowls and top with more milk if desired (the longer the muesli soaks, the more milk it will absorb so muesli soaked overnight will likely need a little extra milk for serving).
Top with fresh berries and serve.
