- 1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1large celery rib, minced
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
Mix together salmon, onion, celery, cream cheese, hot sauce and salt and pepper.
Place tortillas on a work surface and top with salmon mixture.
Sprinkle with spinach and roll up.
