- 1 1/2 pounds ground pork
- 1 heaping tablespoon your favorite barbecue rub
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, or to taste
- 1-1 1/2 cups prepared coleslaw
- Your favorite burger buns
Gently mix barbecue rub into ground pork (do not over mix or burgers will be tough). Form into 4 patties.
Grill or pan fry on medium-high until almost cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Baste with sauce and continue to grill or pan fry, turning and basting occasionally until well glazed, about 2 minutes.
Serve on toasted buns topped with coleslaw.
