Smoky Spiced Grilled Sweet Corn

  • Sweet corn of your choice
  • Olive oil
  • Smoky Spice Rub:
    2 tablespoons each: kosher salt, ground cumin, sweet smoked paprika, onion granules, brown sugar and granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon each chipotle powder or ancho chile powder and garlic granules


Blend all spices together.
Shuck and clean corn.
Rub with olive oil, then liberally rub with spice blend.
Grill over medium heat to desired doneness.

This spice blend is also used in our BBQ Ribs and Deconstructed Beer Can Chicken recipes. Also delicious on our Smashed Fried Potatoes.
