  • 1/4 cup agave syrup or honey
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder or chipotle Tabasco® sauce, or to taste
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages of coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped white onion


Whisk together the agave, ketchup, vinegar, salt, pepper and chipotle powder or Tabasco® to taste.
Toss with coleslaw mix and onion. Chill.
