- 1 (5-ounce) package soft goat cheese
- 1 cup fresh raspberries, or other berries, divided
- 1 teaspoon honey (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint, thyme or basil
- Freshly ground pink peppercorns, or peppercorn of your choice
Place goat cheese on a small serving dish. Smash half the raspberries into the goat cheese with a fork, not stirring it together. Sprinkle the rest of the raspberries on the top and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and top with peppercorns.
