- 1 (6-oz.) package cornbread mix
- 1 cup small-diced, precooked sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup pepper jelly
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Spray two one-dozen mini-muffin tins with non-stick spray or use liners.
Prepare the cornbread mix according to package directions. Stir in sausage and cheese.
Place about 1 teaspoon of the sausage-cheese mixture into each min-muffin cup and top each with about 1/2 teaspoon of pepper jelly.
Bake for 15 minutes or until browned.
