- 4 (6-ounce) halibut fillets, skinned
- Salt to taste
- Fresh whole dill sprigs
- 1 (750 ml) bottle sake
- 1 small yellow onion, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
Sprinkle top of fillets with salt. Place dill on steamer rack. Top with halibut. Combine sake and onion in a large pot and bring to a boil. Place steamer rack in pot and steam for about 10 minutes.
