Roasted Garlic Burger

  • 1/4 cup roasted garlic cloves (from our Antipasto Bar)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 of your favorite burger buns, toasted


Combine garlic and oil in work bowl of a food processor. Pulse to form a chunky puree. (Alternatively, mash by hand using a fork or potato masher).
Combine garlic puree and beef in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Gently mix together. Form into 4 patties.
Cook on a hot grill to desired doneness.
Serve on buns with your choice of condiments.
