- 8 cups chopped Romaine hearts
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1 cup spiced pecans (Bulk Foods)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese or to taste
- Your favorite prepared raspberry vinaigrette
Place 2 cups lettuce on each of 4 plates.
Divide remaining ingredients onto each plate.
Top each with desired amount of dressing.
