- 1 ripe banana
- 2 slices rustic bread
- 3 tablespoons chocolate hazelnut spread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Slice banana into long, thin slices on diagonal.
Lightly toast bread.
Spread chocolate hazelnut spread on one piece of toast.
Top with banana slices and remaining piece of toast.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, fry sandwich in butter until each side is golden brown.
Cut diagonally, dust with powdered sugar and serve hot.
