Mustard and Brown Sugar Glaze for Ham

  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Dijon or stone-ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves, optional


Mix together in a medium bowl to form a glaze.
Set mixture aside until ready to glaze ham.
Use for basting lightly during cooking, and then to thickly coat ham during last 20-30 minutes of cooking.
