Ingredients

  • 1 bunch radishes (about 3/4 pound) or about 1/2 pound loose radishes, trimmed and quartered
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill (or 1/4 teaspoon dried)

Directions

Place radishes in food processor and chop well.
Add remaining ingredients and pulse until well combined.
Chill until ready to serve.
Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers or sliced baguette.
