Mango and Pineapple Salsa

  • 2 cups fresh mango, peeled and diced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup sweet red pepper, diced
  • 1/2-1 jalapeño, ribs and seeds removed, minced
  • 2 scallions (white and green parts), thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Kosher salt to taste


Place all ingredients in a medium-sized, non-reactive bowl.
Mix to combine and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
