  • 6 our tortillas
  • 3/4 cup basil pesto
  • 2 cups chopped turkey (about 12 slices deli turkey)
  • 2 cups marinated mushrooms and peppers (from our antipasto bar)
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 3/4 cup chopped kalamata olives
  • 3/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Balsamic vinegar (optional)


Layer ingredients in each tortilla in the order listed.
Heat individually in microwave for about 1 minute, or until cheese has melted.
Drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar if desired.
These wraps can be cut up to make great appetizer.
