Italian Sausage-Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 1/2 pound Italian sausage
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 pound large white mushrooms, washed and stemmed


Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix together sausage, cheese and bread crumbs.
Stuff each mushroom with about 2 teaspoons of mixture.
Place on a baking sheet and cook for about 15 minutes, or until filling is cooked andlightly browned.
