- 1/2 pound ground Hatch chile sausage
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 pound fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 2 cups of your favorite marinara sauce
- 4 burger buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix sausage and beef until well combined and form into patties.
Grill or bake in oven for 20-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Toast buns; place patties on lower bun then top with marinara sauce, cheese and top bun.
Serve with your favorite chips.
