Grilled Boneless Pork Ribs

  • 2 pounds country-style boneless pork ribs
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • Barbecue sauce of your choice


Place pork in a large pot and cover with water.
Add onion, garlic, pepper, salt and vinegar. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to simmer. Cook until very tender, about 35-45 minutes.
Remove ribs from pot and brush liberally with barbecue sauce.
Grill over medium-high heat, basting with sauce for 15 minutes or until brown and crispy.
Or, bake in a 350°F oven for about 30 minutes, basting with sauce until brown and crispy.
