- Sliced rustic-style bread
- Sliced or shaved Parmesan cheese
- Shaved or grated bittersweet, semi-sweet or white chocolate
- Butter, softened
Place a layer of cheese on one piece of bread, top with chocolate. Cover with remaining slice of bread.
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread butter on both sides of the bread, and cook about two minutes per side or until golden.
