  • 1 pound ground turkey, chicken or beef
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts


Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix with hands or a wooden spoon to combine. Divide mixture into four equal portions. Shape into 1/2-inch thick patties.
