- 3 cups hummus
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted tomatoes
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Spread hummus over a flat-rimmed serving bowl. Sprinkle with cucumber, roasted tomatoes, olives and feta.
Spoon or pipe Greek yogurt around the outside to frame the dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
Serve with pita chips, vegetable sticks or crackers.
