Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup
  • 1 cup coconut or canola oil
  • 6 cups raw oats
  • 2 cups coarsely chopped almonds
  • 2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
  • 4 cups unsweetened dried coconut flakes
  • 1 cup Extreme Health® Organic Wild Crafted Goji Berries
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

Directions

Preheat oven to 250°F.
In a large saucepan, mix together almond butter, vanilla, cinnamon, agave and oil.
Heat over medium-high heat until melted.
Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Stir in melted ingredients.
Spread out on a large baking sheet.
Bake until slightly browned and crispy, about 2-3 hours.
Let cool and serve.
