- 1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained, or 1 cup dried beans cooked according to directions
- 1/2 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Serve with toasted pita wedges or crackers, or as a dip for raw vegetables.
