- 2 1/2 -3 pounds country-style pork ribs (bone-in or boneless)
- 1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Trim excess fat from ribs and place in a shallow baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour sauce over ribs. Add about 1/4 cup water to bottle, shake to rinse out remaining sauce and add to baking dish.
Turn ribs to coat. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
Remove foil and bake 1 1/2 - 2 hours longer, turning occasionally. Ribs are done when falling-apart tender.
Pull meat into bite-size pieces and serve.
This makes a great filling for sandwiches, tacos and casseroles.
