  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch onion powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper


In a food processor, puree cottage cheese until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and pulse to combine.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pack dip in a sealed cup with finger foods for dipping (fruit, vegetables, rolled-up lunch meat, bread sticks, bagel chips, etc).
