- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 vine ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
To serve, create a bed of romaine lettuce on each plate and arrange rows of chicken, bacon, avocado, hard-boiled egg, tomatoes and blue cheese.
Drizzle with your favorite balsamic dressing and enjoy!
