  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup prepared wing sauce or hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4-6 10-inch flour tortillas
  • Blue cheese dressing
  • Shredded Romaine lettuce


Combine chicken, onion, celery and artichoke hearts in a mixing bowl. In a small bowl, stir together wing sauce, sour cream and mayonnaise. Add to chicken mixture and stir until evenly coated. Place a portion of chicken in center of each warmed tortilla. Top with dressing and shredded lettuce. Wrap and serve.
