Barbecued-Chicken Pizza

  • 1 medium (10-inch) pre-made pizza crust or flat bread
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar or other favorite cheese
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 (6.5-ounce) jar artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced


Preheat oven to 450°F.
Spread a layer of sauce on pizza crust.
Top with grated cheeses, chicken, onion, artichokes and peppers.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
