Avocado and Mango Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe medium avocado, cubed
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 package (16 ounces) coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 (6 ounces) container plain Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place avocado, mango, coleslaw and red onion in a medium bowl. In a small bowl, stir together the lime juice, vinegar and Greek yogurt. Add to avocado mixture and toss. Season to taste with salt and pepper and chill.
