- 1 (16-ounce) bag coleslaw
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 4 scallions, finely chopped
- Your favorite Asian dressing
Mix slaw, carrots and scallions in a chilled bowl.
Lightly dress and toss.
Chill for 1 hour to let flavors develop.
Additions: Toasted slivered almonds, mandarin oranges, cilantro, etc.
